Two different versions of the Blanket Additional Insured are shown below. One is the original ISO version of the form and it is less restrictive but does not include coverage for personal and advertising injury. The otherversion is significantly modified and in some respects more restrictive but does contain some additional coverage but may not be by some carriers in some states. There are likely to be other versions of this form and each should be closely reviewed before being accepted as important coverage protections may be compromised.
